All exercises to be completed correctly in 20 minutes: 
1. Drive :
18 Backhand and 18 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service.
2. Serve : 3 forehand and 3 backhand lob serves hitting side wall high and landing on floor softly near back wall.3 hand forehand and 3 backhand serves hitting side wall low near back of service box.
3. Return of Serve : 3 forehand and 3 backhand returns of serve, keeping the ball close to wall on receivers side bouncing behind the short line.
4. Straight Drive/Back Wall Cross Court Boast : Continuous drill of 14 shots Forehand drive from front Backhand, back wall cross court boast. Ball must bounce in shaded area. 
5. Drive/Skid Boast : Straight forehand drive from the back of the service box forehand skid boast - must bounce behind the short line on the opposite side. Straight backhand drive Backhand skid boast - must bounce behind the short line on the opposite side.4 continuous shots.

 
Marks 60-75 (Very Good)
All exercises to be completed correctly in 14 minutes:
1. Drive : 10 backhand and 10 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service box. 
2. Boast : Alternate forehand and backhand boasts at the front of the court. Boast must only hit one side wall (15 continuously). 
3. Volley : From behind the service box, 6 forehand and 6 backhand straight volleys in succession. Ball must not hit side wall.
4. Drop Shot : 2 backhand and 2 forehand cross court drop shots. Set up from the .T. with a straight feed with ball bouncing in front of the .T. Move forward and play the drop shot to front wall - side wall down near the nick. 
5. Lob/Boast : Cross court backhand lob from the front and forehand boast from the back.5 continuous shots. Cross court forehand lob from the front and backhand boast from the back. 5 continuous shots.
6. Volley Nick : Standing on .T. Set up with a high slow feed onto front wall-side wall coming back to -T- Play across court Volley nick. 2 forehand and 2 backhand.  
7. Repetition Routine - Boasting and Driving : Forehand Boast: from the back, Backhand Drive : from the font, Backhand Boast : from the back, Forehand Drive : from the front, 10 shots.

Marks 50-60 (Good)
All exercises to be completed correctly in 10 minutes
1. Drive : 4 backhand and 4 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service box.
2. Boast :
3 forehand and 3 backhand boasts by throwing ball at eye level gently into the back wall, so as to bounce onto side wall, allow ball to bounce onto side wall, allow ball to bounce then complete exercise. The boast must hit 2 walls - side wall, front wall then floor near the nick.
3. Volley
 : From behind short line.4 forehand and 4 backhand volleys in succession within service box. Ball must not hit side wall.
4. Drop Shot : 2 backhand and 2 forehand drop shots from center -T- position. Set up with reverse boast, then moving forward lay a drop sot to front wall. Side wall down the nick.
5. Lob :
2 backhand and 2 forehand cross court lobs from center -T- position. Setup with reverse boast, the moving forward play a lob that hits the front wall soft and above the cut line - hits the side wall high and lands behind the service.
6. Volley/Smash Overhead :
Standing behind the service box, set up lob and smash it sweep to length down the wall. I backhand and I forehand.
