Good) All exercises to be completed correctly in 14 minutes: 1. Drive : 10 backhand and 10 forehand straight drives in succession with ball bouncing behind service box. 2. Boast : Alternate forehand and backhand boasts at the front of the court. Boast must only hit one side wall (15 continuously). 3. Volley : From behind the service box, 6 forehand and 6 backhand straight volleys in succession. Ball must not hit side wall. 4. Drop Shot : 2 backhand and 2 forehand cross court drop shots. Set up from the .T. with a straight feed with ball bouncing in front of the .T. Move forward and play the drop shot to front wall - side wall down near the nick. 5. Lob/Boast : Cross court backhand lob from the front and forehand boast from the back.5 continuous shots. Cross court forehand lob from the front and backhand boast from the back. 5 continuous shots. 6. Volley Nick : Standing on .T. Set up with a high slow feed onto front wall-side wall coming back to -T- Play across court Volley nick. 2 forehand and 2 backhand. 7. Repetition Routine - Boasting and Driving : Forehand Boast: from the back, Backhand Drive : from the font, Backhand Boast : from the back, Forehand Drive : from the front, 10 shots. 8.Figure Eight : From the -T- 8 backhand and forehand on the volley. |
