ISP CLARIFIES

ISP only suggests names of the squash court-makers to the up-and-coming clubs, housing societies and hotels. It does not charge a single rupee or stand as guarantor for anyone and it is the duty of the squash court-makers to charge the owner and deal with them.

It has come to our notice that Harrison Industries  constructed two squash courts for a club in Mumbai and they are also claiming that some payment is outstanding  from the club.

At no given time has ISP or its members stood as guarantors for the Club. If any dues remain to be paid, then Harrison Industries can claim them from Club directly.

The directors of Harrison Industries are unnecessarily blaming ISP for non-payment from Club.
