Saket Wali 
   Saket Subhash Wali is one of the upcoming Indian Squash players. He took part in the Dubai Open  at the age of 10. In 1996, he started playing seriously in local tournament and fared well in C.C.I. Open against Shondip Ghosh  and in Hongkong Bank against Gaurav Juneja. Through his good performance he got membership of Premium Club(Otters Club). In the year 1997, he played in many tournament like the Dewan Housing Squash Classic, Kingfisher Diet Open , Jindals Squash Invitation Cup, C.C.I's Credit Agricole IndoSuez Open Squash, Inter School, Jr. College, HongKong Bank Open and the Nationals.

He took training under Rahmat Khan(Coach to legendary Jahangir Khan) and improved his game and stamina. He also participated in Malaysia and HonkKong.He started 1998 with a win in Doubles Category in PIX Juniors Squash Championship. He also had a brief training with Satinder Bajwa (Coach to Jansher Khan) in London in June 1998.The biggest win of his career was when he beat a seeded player Cyrus Poncha in a five setter in Dewan Housing Squash Classic and reached the semifinals. Here he lost to the number 2 seeded Manish Choitrani, who went on to win the title.

His future plan is to concentrate on building his stamina which is very essential for winning the matches. At present he is doing B.Com(1st year) in N.M. College,Juhu,Mumbai. His hobbies include reading,collecting stamps,playing pool,tennis and football.

Rajesh Verma
 

Son of the legendary 14 times professional champion(Shyamlal Verma), he owes his position in squash to his father, Vijay Goel & Gautam Goel of Dhampur Sugar Mills, Dhampur, Uttarpradesh, where his father is the sports and recreation manager. 

At the age of 24 he is among the top four in the professional category in India.  He gradutated from Pune University doing his B.S.C and was the captain for the same university for 3 years.  His major breakthrough was in Western India tournament when he beat the much fancied Anant More.

  • 1994: Probable for Indian Squash Junior Team. 
  • 1994-95: Pune Open Runner-Up.
  • 1997: Winner in CCI-Western India, Mumbai.
  • 1998: Winner in Mukesh Babu Satellite Squash Mumbai.
  • 1998: Winner in Dewan Housing Classic.
