Aditya Manjarekar

Date Of Birth: 23-11-85. // School: SACRED HEART BOYS HIGH SCHOOL.

I, am a member of Willingdon Catholic Gymkhana and started playing squash when I was 10 years old.  The first tournament I played was Hongkong Bank, Inter-State championship at Bombay Gymkhana.  I lost in the first round. I went to the coaching camp organised by SRAM at CCI in 1997.  Mr Apte the then President helped me out and I was coached by Mr. Rahmat Khan and Cyrus Poncha for 6 months. I began playing well and seeing my performance Otters Club were kind enough to give me playing membership.

In 1999, I played Navi Mumbai Squash Spetacular & Jindal Invitation Cup and in both the tournaments I reached the Semi-finals.

I, know that "practice makes a man perfect" and I shall work hard to achieve my goal.  I want to become Junior National Champion.
